1. Watch the youtube film linked below for 30 seconds. During this time, concentrate on the center of the picture (You don't have to time this, the movie will instruct you).
2. Then watch your hand on the mouse....

If you wish, there is a version that is working without internet. Unfortunately this is for very old M$-Windows versions only and does not run on Win7 or newer versions anymore. If you got XP or older, or if you have XP-Mode on W7 installed, then follow the procedures exactly, you will be impressed!
1. Let your hand on the mouse
2. Start the program (Win32 Executable) depending on your browser you do this directly from this site by doubleklicking on the image below or download it first and start it from disk.
3. Concentrate on the dot in the middle of the screen and count to 30 slowly. You must watch for 30 seconds to make it work.
4. Now look at your hand resting on the mouse
